Ingredients

1 cupwater
2 tbspworstshire sauce
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 tsppaprika
1/2 cupketchup
1/2 cupbarbecue sauce
2 tspsalt
1/2 cupvinegar
2 tspdry mustard

Cooking Instructions

mix all ingredients together and pour over pork or ribs and bake.

Very good. Used this for 5 pounds of spare ribs - was more than enough. Added garlic powder and chilli powder to the sauce. Poured over lightly seasoned ribs, cooked covered on low heat for a few hours. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving - sauce thickens up nicely. Enjoyed by all :-)
