Ingredients

  1. 4egg yolks
  2. 14 ozcan condensed milk
  3. 3/4 cupfresh squeezed lemon juice ( 6-7 lemons)
  4. 1prepared graham cracker pie crust
  5. 1Prepared Whipped Cream ( optional )

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Juice room temp lemons. 6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.

    Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.

  4. 4

    Slow add in lemon juice - mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into the prepared crust.

  6. 6

    Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.

  7. 7

    Let cool for an hour or two before serving. If desired, serve with whipped cream. Store pie in the fridge.
