Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cupflour
  2. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupbutter or margerine
  6. 1 3/4 cupsugar
  7. 4eggs
  8. 2 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tbsplemon zest
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1 cupbuttermilk
  12. 1 1/4 cupblueberries
  13. 1 tbspflour to mix with the berries
  14. 1 1/2 cupconfectioners sugar
  15. 8 tsplemon juice
  16. 1 tbspcorn syrup
  17. 1lemon zest (to garnish)

    preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 12 cup bundt pan

    In a large bowl whisk together flour baking powder baking soda and salt set aside

    in another large bowl beat butter or (margerine) until smooth add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition Add lemon juice lemon zest and vanilla until combined beat in flour in three additions alternating with buttermilk beat for two minutes fold in blueberries spoon into prepared pan

    Bake at 350°F fot 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Run a sharp knife around edges of pan. turn out and cool completely.

    Glaze in small bowl mix together confectioners sugar lemon juice and corn syrup until smooth Drizzle over top of cake let it roll down the sides and enjoy
