Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat a flat top grill to 400°F. In the mean time, take your cream cheese along with jam of choice, (save some jam about 1/4 cup) mix in small bowl. Until the mixture begins to look like yogurt. Let stand at room temperature.
- 2
In a shallow dish mix together: whipped cream, eggs and milk until the mixture becomes smooth and lump free. Add vanilla and cinnamon stir for another two minutes.
- 3
Use Two slices of bread and the cream cheese mixture. Spread the mixture onto both pieces of bread, layer the fresh fruit on top, like a sandwich. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture ensuring to cover all edges. Place sandwich on hot grill to cook. Repeat 3 times.
- 4
While the sandwiches are cooking, heat a small sauce pan combine rest of jam and orange juice. Mix until smooth and lump free. This will thicken a bit and be used as a drizzle or syrup.
- 5
Flip the sandwiches and make sure to give them enough time to cook both pieces of bread. Turn sandwiches on sides to brown outer edges. Remove from heat once completely cooked. About 5-8 mintues.
- 6
Place sandwiches on plates cut in half, drizzle and dust with powdered sugar.

Cheese-Stuffed French Toast Cheese-Stuffed French Toast
I added cheese to make it more filling! When cutting into the bread, don't cut all the way through, or else it will fall apart when frying.Using coffee creamer is a lot easier than buying a whole carton of heavy cream! It's pretty soft, so be careful that it doesn't fall apart when frying. Jam-stuffed French Toast Jam-stuffed French Toast
Replacing the sugar with jam made this amazing, so I uploaded this recipe!!You could also use baguette instead of sliced bread. If you use thicker cut bread, leave it to soak in the batter for a longer period of time. It's okay if the jam is still a bit lumpy after Step 4!The batter is very milky. Classic French Toast Classic French Toast
Warm, crispy toast with a cinnamon-sugar topping and some Quebec maple syrup. Whipped cream, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves are excellent additions to this sweet breakfast. Adjust the level of sugar to your liking. You can also make it savoury by omitting the sweet stuff and going with herbs! Try rosemary and paprika, and grease the pan with olive oil instead of butter. Italian seasoning works too.Kit

Orange French Toast Orange French Toast
I used to buy ready-made orange toast, but I don't see it on sale anymore so I tried making it myself. If you prefer the toast to be soft, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to the orange juice that you soak the bread in. If you like the toast to be crispy, don't add milk to the orange juice and use a baguette instead of sliced bread. Recipe by Kajesan cookpad.japan
