preheat oven to 375°F

grease one 8 in pan

cream 3/4cup sugar, butter and egg

in seperate bowl mix 2 cup flour, baking powder and salt

stir this into sugar mixture alternating with milk

stir in blueberries

put in greased pan

this batter is very thick just spread as best you can

for topping

combine sugars, flour, cinnamon and butter until crumbly

sprinkle over batter

Bake for 40 - 45 min
