Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRice instant precooked
  2. 2 1/2 cupMilk
  3. 1/4 tspSalt
  4. 1/4 tspCinnamon
  5. 1/2 cupSugar
  6. 1/4 cupRaisins
  7. 2Eggs slightly beaten
  8. 1/2 tspVanilla
  9. 1/4 tspNutmeg

Cooking Instructions

    In saucepan, combine rice, 2 cups milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and raisins

    Heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly

    Reduce heat; boil slowly 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Mix eggs with remaining milk. Slowly add milk mixture, stirring vigorously with a fork. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add vanilla
