Ingredients

  1. 2 cupdry coconut powder
  2. 1/4 tspcardamom power
  3. 2-3 tspmelted ghee
  4. 1 pinchred food colour
  5. 3 tspcondensed milk
  6. 3 cupmilk
  7. 1 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a kadhai. reduce the heat add dry coconut powder mix well for a minutes.

    Now add the milk and stir again.also add sugar and mix nicely.time to add condensed milk allow to cook for 5-10 minutes on a low flame until mixture thickens.

    Keep stirring in between, sprinkle the cardamom power and mix very well and cook again for 2-3 minutes mixture starts to leave the sides of the kadai remove from the heat.

    Divide the mixture into two equal parts, and add a pinch of red food colour to one half of the mixture. Mix well to get a dark pink.set aside.

    Grease one dish with ghee.add the white coconut mixture into the dish.use a spatula to spread the mixture in one single layer.add the pink mixture on top of the layer.use a spatula to spread the pink mixture in a single layer.smooth the top.

    Place the dish in the fridge for an hour to set, garnish with dry coconut powder. Cut pieces and serve.
