Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgraham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 1/3 cupmini chocolate chips
  4. 2 tspbaking power
  5. 3/4 cupmilk
  6. 1egg
  7. 24chocolate kisses,unwrapped
  8. 2 cupmini marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°F. Line 24 mini muffin cup with foil or paper baking cups.

    combine graham cracker crumbs,sugar,chocolate chips and baking power in medium bowl. whisk milk and egg in small bowl: stir into crumb mixture until well blended.

    spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about half full. press chocolate kiss into each cup. Press 4 marshmallows into top of each muffin.

    bake 10 to 12 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool muffins in pans on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan: cool on wire racks.

I wasn't a fan of the gramcracker,sugar and egg mixture. if I make this again I'll make it with gram, sugar and butter and mold into the muffin cups.
