Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsself-rising flour (about 260 grams)
  2. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoonpaprika (I used sweet)
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1 cupfresh milk (about 220 grams)
  6. 1/4 cupvegetable oil (about 50 grams)
  7. 2 ouncesGruyère cheese (about 60 grams)
  8. 5 slicessmoked turkey, finely chopped
  9. 1green onion, finely chopped
  10. 1red bell pepper, finely chopped
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour into a bowl and add the baking powder and paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk and oil.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until combined.

    Grate the Gruyère cheese and add it to the bowl. Then add the green onion, turkey, and bell pepper, and mix until the mixture is uniform.
