  1. 250 gmShimla mirch kati hui
  2. 500 gm Aalu kte huve
  3. 1 tbsjeera
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tspturmreic powder
  6. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  7. 1 tbssalt
  8. 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    Gas Par pan rakhein or usme oil, jeera,hing dale or aalu dale fry karein.

    Jab aalu golden ho jaye to shimla mirch add karein or bhune de.

  3. 3

    Jab Sabzi gal Jay to sare masale add karein.

  4. 4

    Achchhe se mix karein phir 5 min pakayein.

  5. 5

    Jab Sabzi oil chhod de gas band karein garam masala dale or prose.
