Kadahi me ghee aur sugar dal ke garam karenge. Low flame par sugar ko caramilize karein.

Suji ko alag bowl me water dal kar bhigoye.

Jab sugar caramilize ho jaye gass off karein.

Suji ko usme dheere se dal kar acche se mix karein. Koi lumps na rahe.
- 5
Gass on kar ke 2 minutes aur bhune.
- 6
Ab garam halwa ko Modak mould me dal kar Modak banate jaye.
