Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 canPillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct)
  2. 60pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit)
  3. 1 blockof cheese (Colby/Monterey Jack or Cheese Stick)
  4. 1beaten egg
  5. 1Parmesan Cheese
  6. 1Italian seasoning
  7. 1Garlic powder
  8. 1 jarpizza sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice cheese into approx. 28 squares (or if using cheese stix, cut in 3rds).

  2. 2

    Flatten each biscuit and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.

  3. 3

    Gather edges of biscuit and secure on top of 'roll'. Line rolls in greased 9x13 pan.

    Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning & garlic powder.

  5. 5

    Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
