Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 450

Slice cheese into approximately 28 sq. pieces

Flatten each biscuit

Stack pepperoni (bottom), cheese (middle), pepperoni (top)

Gather edges of biscuit & secure on top of the roll

Line rolls in a greased 9x13 pan

Brush beaten egg over top

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder

Bake for 18 to 20 mins or until golden brown

Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping

Worked on creating this recipe with my sister, CatsCanCookToo. So many recipes call for biscuit dough as the crust, but if we're making pizza "rolls" why not use pizza dough? The hubby brigade approves so we are happy! Lol StephieCanCook -
