  1. 2 cupCooked rice
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1carrot chopped
  4. 1/2 cupboiled sweet corn
  5. 1/4 cupcapsicum chopped
  6. 1/2 cupcauliflower chopped
  7. 1/2 cupcabbage fine chopped
  8. 1/2 cupBoiled soya chunks (sqeezed)
  9. 4 tablespoonsOil
  10. 4Garlic cloves finely chopped
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonsoya sauce
  13. 1 tsppepper powder
  14. 1/2 tbspvinegaror lime juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a non stick wok, add garlic and stir-fry for one minute. Add onions and all the veggie and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add soya chunks and boiled corn and saute for another 2 minutes

    Now add rice, pepper salt and mix well

    Add soya sauce mix

  5. 5

    Stir in the vinegar and cook for one minute, stirring continuously.
