I made this egg fried rice for my hubby and it turned out awesome and my hubby enjoyed it very much and I became so happy so I want to share this delicious recipe to all of you. #RamadanSpecial

I made this egg fried rice for my hubby and it turned out awesome and my hubby enjoyed it very much and I became so happy so I want to share this delicious recipe to all of you. #RamadanSpecial
Cooking Instructions

Break the eggs into a bowl add some salt and mix well.

Heat the pan add 1 tbs oil to it.

Add beaten egg mixture to it. Scramble the egg and allow it to cook on medium to high flame for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the pan and keep it aside.

In the same pan add 3 tbs of oil and chopped onions. Cook the onion till the colour changes.

Now add some chopped capsicum and carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add previously cooked egg and mix well.

Now add cooked rice to the mixture and add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Cook for 4-5 minutes on high flame.

At last add finely chopped coriander and mix well.

Now egg fried rice is ready to serve.
