Cooking Instructions

Boil water and keep aside.slice pepper in small small pieces and also keep aside.

Pour the okpa in a bowl add palmoil and mix very well.it will turn yellow.

Add salt and maggi and mix very well.

Add the warm water gradually now the water Is warm.and mix vigorously

Mix vigorously to make the paste very smooth.

Then add the pepper and mix.and taste for salt.

Pour in a alumium plate and boil with intense heat for 1hour.

Onces is boiled it will be solid all over.
