Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlSprouts moong
  2. 5 spoonBoiled moong moong
  3. 5 spoonBoiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 bowlPaneer
  5. 1 tbspGreen chilli and garlic paste
  6. 1 spoonChopped coriander
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspAmchoor powder
  9. 1/2 tspChat masala
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 bowlWhole wheat flour for paratha
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 2-3 tbspOil fr moin
  15. 1 bowlCurd
  16. 1 spoonSugar
  17. 1/2 tspCooking soda
  18. as neededButter for brushing
  19. as neededChopped coriander for sprinkle to kulcha
  20. as neededCurd for serving

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl & add whole wheat flour

    Add curd sugar salt oil and cooking soda & mix very well & make dough like pratha

    Keep a side dough for rest 20 min

    Boiled potatoes & moong mash it

  5. 5

    Take sprouts moong & panner & crush it

  6. 6

    Take a bowl & add crush sprouts moong & panner mash potatoes & boiled moong

  7. 7

    Add green chilli & garlic paste salt chopped coriander turmeric powder aamchor powder chat masala & garam masala & mix very well like dough

    Make small ball

    Make ready dough & roll kulcha add sprouts moong & panner stuffing & again roll & sprinkle coriander

    Spread one side water on kulcha

  11. 11

    Gas on medium flame make tawa & water side kulcha on it

  12. 12

    See bubbles on kulcha & one side rost on direct medium slow flame

  13. 13

    Ready kulcha & keep side & spread butter ya cheese

  14. 14

    Ready & enjoy very healthy sprouts moong panner kulcha & serve to curd
