Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
6 servings
  1. 6to 8 potatoes peeled and shredded. can use frozen if you prefer.
  2. 2to3 smoked sasage( falls brand is ammmmazing!) sliced
  3. 112 or 15 ounce bag of California blend vegetables or choice
  4. 1 cancream of onion soup and 1 cream of broccoli or cream of chicken/ your prefrence
  5. 1 tbspparsley
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 cupcolby jack
  9. 1/2 cuppepper jack
  10. 1 cupmilk if needed

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together except cheeses. Add enough milk if needed to have it loose. This will help cook the hash browns. If using frozen then milk shouldn't be necessary.

    Rinse all starch from potatoes

  4. 4

    Poor mixed ingredients into casserole dish that is desired. Add cheese on top. Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes then bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or until top is a pretty golden brown. If the hash browns are frozen then cook times will be less.

    Everything on this can be mixed and matched to your preference my baby likes to have everything nice and chunky, lots of vegetables, lots of meat, and lots of flavor. So choose according to your family's preference.
