Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMixed frozen fruit (berries, pineapple, mango, whatever you have available)
  2. 1/4 cupPlain greek non-fat yogurt
  3. 1/4 cupwater (add more water for thinner consistancy)
  4. 1Scoop of whey protein powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine fruit, yogurt and water in a blender. (A vitamix blender works best)

  2. 2

    Blend on high until smooth (approx. 30 seconds)

  3. 3

    Add protein powder and blend on high for 5 seconds.

  4. 4

    Serve
