  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1 cupnonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbspsafflower oil
  • 2 tbspmilled or ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cupV8 V-fusion acai mixed berry juice
  • 1 tbspsugar

    use a blender to combine and puree.

    If using a small food processor such as the Magic Bullet, blend half of the amounts, and then the other and mix together.
