Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes
  4. 1 lbrigatoni
  5. 1paramesan cheese
  6. 1salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed basil, crushed red pepper
  7. 2 cupgrated mozarella

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown beef, adding salt, garlic power and crushed red pepper.

  2. 2

    Drain fat from beef. Add both cans of tomato. Add more salt, garlic powder and some crushed basil. Let simmer.

    Cook pasta, making it just a few minutes under done.

    Put pasta in baking dish. Cover with parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

    Cover pasta with meat/sauce mixture.

  6. 6

    Cover with mozarella cheese. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
