sauteed mustard greens on stove with olive oil

mix egg, cottage cheese, parmesan chees together

add greens to mixture and set aside

butter up long 18 in x 4 inch dish and add musrooms, salt, pepper and garlic

add greens mixture to dish

top with cunched crackers

bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown at top

eat!
