  2. 4 clovegarlic
  3. 2 tsptumeric
  4. 1/2 sticklemongrass
  5. 1 tspveg stock powder
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tsppepper
  8. 1/2 eachchilli
  9. 1 kgchicken thighs (skinless)
  10. 1 tsppaprika

Cooking Instructions

    cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces

    finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli. Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices. Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
