i did pepperoni, pineapple, mushrooms and olives this time! the fiance loved it and his kids want to make it at their house.. i served it with the garlic olive pull apart bread!

Ingredients

1 hour
5 servings
  1. Pizza portion
  2. 1 canor jar of your favorite pizza sauce
  3. 2 canPillsbury buttermilk biscuits.. 7.5 oz
  4. 10 ozmozzarella cheese
  5. Toppings
  6. 1black olives, sliced, drained
  7. 1pepperoni slices, quartered
  8. 1onion, diced
  9. 1cherry tomatoes, sliced thin

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    take you're first can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into for pieces. layer on bottom of bunt pan.

    brush some pizza sauce over biscuit layer. enough to coat but not soak it

  4. 4

    sprinkle ingredients of choice for your next layers.. I used onion, pepperoni, olives and tomatoes. (if you use Italian sausage or ground beef prebrown/precook it first.

    sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top enough to cover.

    repeat step 2-5.

  7. 7

    bake in oven for 40 minutes or until cheese starts to get golden brown and biscuits are cooked through.

    remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. then turn out onto a serving plate.

    fill a small bowl with leftover pizza saucer (one that will fit inside the hole)

  10. 10

    place bowl inside the hole in center of pizza. serve hot for dinner out great for parties as appetizer!

I made this for our Christmas Eve dinner! My husband says this goes at the top of his list for top meals I make. :positive I didnt have a Bundt pan, so I braved using a 7x9 pan and it worked just fine. I used a Mexican mix cheese bag I had and I used sage sausage and pepperoni. Yummy!
