Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 lbMild ground pork sausage
  2. 1 lbHot ground pork sausage
  3. 1 packagesFrozen harsh brown (30 ounces)
  4. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspPepper
  6. 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  7. 6 eachEggs -large
  8. 2 cupMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cook sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stir till sausage crumbles and no longer pink. Drain well.

    Prepare hash brown according to package direction, use 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

    Stir together hash brown, sausage, and cheese. Poor into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

    Whisk together eggs, milk, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Pour evenly over potatoes mixture.

    bake at 350* for 40 to 45 minutes.
