Boiled Rice with Fried Beef and Vegetables

Today l have cooked boiled rice with fried beef, kales, Irish potatoes with cabbages.

Today l have cooked boiled rice with fried beef, kales, Irish potatoes with cabbages.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the meat cut them into small pieces put them in a sauce pan add little water and boil them for 15 minute.

Chop one onion and put them in another saucepan and fry them in oil till golden brown. Chop 2 tomatoes add into the fried onions and cover the saucepan for let it cook for 4 minutes.

Peel the Irish potatoes cut them into halves and add them into the mixture. Star the mixture, cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add the boiled meat into the mixture and then add a table spoon of curry powder and and a tea spoon of salt. Star them add little water and cover the saucepan. Let it cook till the potatoes are soft.

On another saucepan put 6 cups of water and bring it to boil. Wash the rice in a sieve and add it into the boiling water. Add a little oil and a half tea spoon of salt. Star the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Wash the kales thoroughly and cut the into thin strips. Chop one onion and fry it into little oil. Add the kales. Chop the 2 tomatoes add on top on the kales. Add a quarter spoon of salt. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Open the saucepan and star the mixture, cover it again and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Wash the cabbage, cut it into thin strips, wash, peel and great the carrots and mix them with a table spoon of vinegar and a table spoon of brown sugar.

Serve two serving spoon of rice in 4 plates. Add 2 serving spoon of meat and potatoes onto each together with one serving spoon of kales and a serving spoon of the cabbage and carrots.add
