Ingredients

  1. 2Any fish of your choice
  2. 1Handful of veggies (tomatoes, onions, broccoli, carrots etc.)
  3. 1salt
  4. 1black pepper
  5. 1olive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1seasoning salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Pre-heat oven to 350°. Clean fish and pat dry. On plate season fish with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Get foil and pull out 12in or less depending on the size of the fish. Place fish in the middle of the foil.

  3. 3

Get broccoli and place it directly on top of the fish. If broccoli is fresh put the seasoning salt on now then eye how much extra virgin Olive oil you want over your fish and veggies.

  4. 4

Take sides of foil and fold over fish. Then take the ends and roll them upward towards the fish. Making sure everything is sealed, it should look like a packet

  5. 5

Place on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 25 mins. If veggies were frozen about 15 mins in cooking season with seasoning salt. After fish turns white and veggies are tender take out and enjoy!! Feel free to add breadcrumbs and parmesan!!!!
