The Lazy Cake The Lazy Cake
I made this today as I had a number of things going out of date. You can make your own sponge cake or simply just buy a ready made one as I did. I used ready made sponge cake already because I was having one of my lazy kitchen days. Wanted some kind of dessert with minimal effort. This is it! Rae -

Roll Cake Roll Cake
Fluffy roll cakes taste great but the sponge tends to break quite easily so I improved the recipe and made it moist as well. Please adjust the amount of cream you use to your taste (I have a bit left over when I prepare 150 ml). When rolling the sponge, make sure you start with a tightly rolled center so that you can end up with a neater shape. Just be careful so that it doesn't crack. Recipe by *Halu* cookpad.japan -
Dump Cake Dump Cake
When my mom had her first taste of dump cake, it was over. She kept making it all throughout my childhood. Now, I make dumpcakes for my adult kids and husband. I've made every flavor I can think of and made one that was 1/2 one flavor & 1/2 another flavor. Even added pineapple chunks (without the juice of course). joy41
