  2. 1large handful baby spinach
  3. 1 cupskim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1small banana(preferably frozen)
  5. 2 tsphoney
  6. 1 tbspground flax seed
  7. 5ice cubes

    Place spinach,water and milk in a blender and blend for at least 30 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients!!
