  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1large handful baby spinach
  • 1 cupskim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1small banana(preferably frozen)
  • 2 tsphoney
  • 1 tbspground flax seed
  • 5ice cubes

    Place spinach,water and milk in a blender and blend for at least 30 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients!!
