Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupcornmeal mix
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspvegetable margarine - melted

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a griddle or skillet.

    Place a small amount of oil or margarine in the skillet

  4. 4

    Pour about 1/3 of the batter into skillet

  5. 5

    Cook until bubbly about 60-90 seconds

  6. 6

    Flip and cook the same anount of time.

  7. 7

    Repeat until all of the batter is used.
