Merry Christmas! Tree Shaped Gratin Pie Merry Christmas! Tree Shaped Gratin Pie
This gratin made using spices is a big hit with my family. I used the gratin as a filling for this tree-shaped pie for Christmas. If you have a variety of spices stocked, you can enjoy this in many ways!- Please try making this with your favorite ingredients. This time I used tomatoes and broccoli with the Christmas theme in mind. In addition, the baking time will vary with each oven, so please adjust while baking.- I used whole cumin seeds when sautéing, and 3 types of powdered spices for the sauce to make it spicy and fragrant. By doing this, the aroma of the spices is enhanced, and the flavors are more distinct. Recipe by Wagamamamusume cookpad.japan -
Christmas Tree Cake Christmas Tree Cake
I thought of this so that I could brighten up the table at a Christmas party. You can cut it into enough pieces for everyone, or everyone can eat it with a spoons... It's a very convenient cake.*First decide if you will be able to fit a cake of this height in the refrigerator for cooling. Putting the leftover ingredients into a glass container is a cute idea. For the Chiffon Spongecake, I used "Yosshii's" recipe "Chocolat Blanc Noel". I left out the chocolate... And added 3 eggs, 60 g granulated sugar, 60 g cake flour, 15 g butter, and 20 ml milk to make it a very moist and delicious spongecake. Recipe by Ranpuai cookpad.japan -

Christmas Party Drink Christmas Party Drink
There are a lot of opportunities to throw parties around the end of the year and I wanted to surprise my guests with a welcome drink.Make this drink however sweet you'd like. If you want it to have a more subtle sweetness you can omit the honey and reduce the amount of sugar. You can make a diverse range of flavours by adding a squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of grapefruit juice etc. Recipe by Cake to pan no sensei cookpad.japan -
Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes
I wanted to make a cupcake version of the tree cake in. It's common to use a butter cream to decorate cupcakes, but I don't really like the taste. So, I tried making a cheese cream and it was super delicious!Be careful not to whip the heavy cream too much or it will become hard and difficult to mix when you add the lemon juice. When the cream gets to the ribbon stage, add the cream cheese, but if making the matcha version, add the cream cheese when it gets to the soft peaks stage. It's easy to make if you use 200 ml of heavy cream and 50 g of sugar whipped until the ribbon stage, then divide it in half. Christmas Cookie House Christmas Cookie House
About 3 years ago, I saw a small cookie house on sale at a neighborhood French pastry shop for more than 3,000 yen, so I tried making my own.Since then, my child has been looking forward to making one every year, so this year I decided to make it again although I'm fighting morning sickness (I'm pregnant with my 2nd child) .Use leftover icing (that you used to stick the house together) to make icicles hang under the roof, or make snow drifts around the decorative pieces on the outside, and so on. I have fun varying the decoration every year.I used store-bought candies as decoration. Even small children love to look at the decorations. This year I glued a brick patterned chimney, and colored the exterior walls with red food coloring to color it slightly pink. I also made the tree 3D. Recipe by sakura'03 cookpad.japan
