Mango Tango Smoothie (Dairy Free)

It's hard to find foods to enjoy when you can't eat a lot of dairy or in fact can't have dairy at all. I made this recipe to solve that problem. One of my favorite places to eat is Jamba Juice but most of there smoothies have some sort of dairy in them. It also can get a bit pricy. I love their Razzmatazz and Peach Pleasure so I created the Mango Tango which is just as delicious and doesn't hurt my stomach! I hope you enjoy this recipe it sure is the treat for a hot day!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFrozen Mangos
  2. 1 cupFrozen Peaches
  3. 4Frozen Stawberries
  4. 2 1/2 cupApple Juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    You can add more fruit or apple juice if you would like just make sure that you have enough apple juice to blend the fruit together.
