Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 lbground beef or venison
  2. 1 cancorn
  3. 1 cancream corn
  4. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 envelopeLipton beefy onion soup mix
  6. 1 tbsplemon pepper
  7. 1 tbspgarlic salt
  8. 1/2 tbspchili powder
  9. 2 envelopeinstant potatoes. .. homemade preferred but for tonight....instant
  10. shredded cheese
  11. chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Brown meat and drain grease

  3. 3

    Make instant taters ....or real mashed potatoes

  4. 4

    In a casserole dish..Season meat and add beefy onion soup mix,corn and cream of mushroom soup and mix it up real good.

    Cover with mashed taters

  6. 6

    Cook uncovered for 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Top with chives and cheese and cook til cheese is melted

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
