Ingredients

  1. 4-5russet potatoes
  2. 3 lbsground beef
  3. halfan onion
  4. halfa bag of frozen peas
  5. halfa bag of frozen corn
  6. 2 packetshidden Valley ranch powder
  7. worchestershire sauce
  8. 1 stickbutter
  9. 2 cupsmilk
  10. 2 cupssharp cheddar cheese

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef, add peas, corn, and diced onion, then simmer. Add ranch packets, and worchestershire sauce to taste.

  2. 2

    Quarter potatoes and bring to a boil. Once they have cooked 7to ten minutes, put in mixing bowl, add milk and butter, and whip till fluffy.

  3. 3

    Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray and add meat mixture. Then layer potatoes over the top, the cover with cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake at about 375 for about 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted, and maybe a little brown depending on how you like it. Enjoy!

I love to experiment with all types of meats, slow cooker, casaroles, and grilling. I use lots of bacon and cheese. I do like to tweak my recipes so if you see somthing changed, then it got a good review. New house in the spring, so check back for lots more grilling recipes!
