Cooking Instructions

Slice cucumbers to desired thickness, about 1/4 inch thick. Rinse.

Mix all ingredients in airtight container in refrigerator for one week. Enjoy.

*can wrap Dill Weed in cheesecloth if desired*

Be sure to give it a taste test occasionally, and adjust accordingly.
