Ingredients

  1. 5 cupacorn squash cut in small cubes
  2. 5 cupvegetable broth
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 1 piecefresh ginger, grated
  5. 1 tbspground cumin
  6. 1 tbspcurry powder
  7. 1 tbspturmeric
  8. 1dry bay leaf
  9. 2whole cloves
  10. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  11. 1/4 tspground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil

  2. 2

    Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for half an hour

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and let cool down for half an hour

  4. 4

    Put in food processor and blend till liquid

  5. 5

    Put back in pot, reheat and serve hot

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
