Wet Fried Goat Meat

Its been long since I ate goat meat. So I asked my husband to buy for me some today. We cooked together even though u did most of the cooking 😂😂😂
Cooking Instructions

Cut the goat meat into pieces then wash.

Add half cup of water to it and boil till tender

After the water is diminished and the meat is tender, add chopped garlic, onion and cooking oil
- 4
Cook for 5 minutes while stirring then add chopped carrots and chopped tomatoes.

Stir the mixture again till the tomatoes are well cooked
- 6
Add salt and royco cube and mix well the lastly add garlic powder
- 7
Allow it to cook for 5 more minutes and serve with Ugali
