    Rice ko adhe ghante ke liye bigho kar rakhe fir kisi usko 4-5 bund oil daal kar paka le bina dakhe bartan mein jab tak rice boil honge hum masala bnaynge kisi pen mein oil daal kar pyaz dale pyaz thoda pink ho jaye fir sari sabjiya dale sabhi sauce vinegar dale rice dal kar mix karein ho gaye ready fride rice

    For Manchurian balls patta Gobi shimla mirch gajar sabhi ko kaddukas kar ke 3 mint ke liye garam pani mein dip krnge fir un sabjiyo ko ache se chan kar sara pani nikal kar said rakh denge or usme namak kali mirch soya sauce ajinomoto cornflour dal kar balls bana lenge and fry krnge

    Manchurian sauce ke liye pan mein thoda oil dal kar usme adrak lahsun dal denge fir usme sabhi sauce dal denge cornflor mein thoda pani dal kar ache se ghol lenge vo dalnge vegetable stock dalnge sirka dalnge ajinomoto danlge jab usme ek boli aaye to balls dal kar ek do ubal aane par gas band kar denge hara dhaniya dal kar serve krenge
