Ingredients

  1. 1 can15 oz whole kernel corn drained
  2. 1 can15 oz cream corn
  3. 1 packages8.5 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
  4. 1 cupSour cream
  5. 1 cupButter (melted)
  6. 1 cupShredded cheese I used cheddar but you can use what you like
  7. 1Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350?F

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except cheese.

  3. 3

    Bake for 45 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take out of oven sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 30 minutes.
