Fried eggs served with Ugali

Ingredients

  1. 1carrot
  2. 1onion
  3. Garlic
  4. 2Tomatoes
  5. 3Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the grated carrot and garlic together with the chopped onion for 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add your diced tomatoes and leave to cook for 3 minutes and add salt to taste

  3. 3

    Pour in your crushed egg and stir as it cooks for 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with Ugali.
