Ingredients

  1. 1Whole Chicken
  2. 1/4 cupCurry Powder
  3. 2 stickFresh thyme
  4. 1/2Yellow onion
  5. 2Green onions
  6. 1 largePotato
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 2 tbspOil
  9. 1Salt and pepper to taste

    Cut and clean chicken.

    Place chicken in bowl with Yellow and green onions, curry powder, Fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.

    In medium pot heat oil at medium heat for 1 minute.

    Cut potato into fours

  5. 5

    Place chicken into pot. After 10 minutes place heat on low and stir chicken.

    Allow chicken to simmer for 15 minutes, then add water and potato. Let chicken simmer until chicken starts to fall off the bone. Stir occasionally.
