Ingredients

  • 750 gramschicken drumsticks
  • 2 teaspoonscurry powder
  • 2 teaspoonsonion powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1.5 teaspoonssalt
  • 1egg
  • 3 tablespoonscornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except cornstarch. Put in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 350°F.

  3. 3

    Add the cornstarch to the chicken. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Fry the chicken until they are fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how big the chicken pieces are.
