Cooking Instructions

In large bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, sugar. Let stand 5 min. To bloom.

Add egg, salt and enough flour to form a soft dough.

Turn on a floured surface. Knead until smooth. 3-5 min.

Do not let dough rest. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Place 3" apart on baking sheet ( I eggwashed mine & added seeds).

Cover and let rise 10 min.
- 6
Bake at 425° . 8-12 min. Until golden brown. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Let cool.
