Ingredients

  1. 1Ready made pie crust
  2. 1/3cup Butter
  3. 1/2cup chopped onion and celery and carrot each.
  4. 1cup mixed fresh veg., any type.
  5. 1/2cup Flour
  6. 115 oz can Chicken broth
  7. 1cup cream or half & half
  8. 1tsp. each Salt and Pepper
  9. 2cups cut up turkey meat or chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up the vegetables and saute in 1/3 cup butter until soft (10 min.)

    Add flour and stir 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add broth, then add cream, stirring. Bring to low boil. Add turkey and mix.

  4. 4

    Fold into greased casserole. Top with raw crust, crimp edges to fit. Cut large vents in top of crust.

    Bake 350° 45 mins., till nicely browned. Let stand 10 min.
