Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupButter
  2. 2 tbspMunched onion
  3. 1/3 cupFlour
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  6. 14 ozChicken broth
  7. 1/2 cupMilk
  8. 3 cupDiced or shredded turkey
  9. 2 cupMixed vegetables
  10. 1 canButtery biscuit dough(tube)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    In a medium sauce pan melt butter. Add onions.

  3. 3

    Add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk.

  4. 4

    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Stir in turkey and vegetables. Remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Pour mixture in u greased 9x13 casserole dish.

  7. 7

    Flatten biscuits out to about 1/4 inch thick. Lay on top of mixture. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
