Ingredients

  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • clovegarlic
  • 8 ozchicken breast
  • pinchsalt
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 3 ozflour
  • 2 ozsake (or 2 Tab,)
  • 3 ozmirin (or 3 Tab)
  • 2 ozsoy sauce (or 2Tab)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry garlic in vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Discard garlic

  3. 3

    Salt and pepper chicken. Coat with flour. Fry chicken in oil

  4. 4

    Add sake , mirin and soy sauce. Fry for a couple minutes until sauce is thickened.
