Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 largehead cabbage(cleaned and chopped)
  2. 4 mediumred potatoes (med. diced)
  3. 1 largeonion, chopped
  4. 1 lbcajun or smoked sausage, cut up
  5. 6 slicecooked bacon, chopped
  6. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1/2 tspseason all
  10. 1 tbspcajun season(Zatarain's, Slap Ya Mama, Cajun Land, Tony's...etc.)cut in half if you like it less spicy
  11. 1 dashhot sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Throw everything together in crockpot, stir and cook on low for 6 hours.

    Serve over steamed white rice.

  3. 3

    Can be served as a side. Great with baked or broiled pork chops.
