Creamy Burrito Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 1/2medium yellow onion chopped
  3. 1 1/2 packagesburrito seasoning
  4. 6large flour tortillas
  5. 1 (16 oz.)can refried beans
  6. 3 cupshredded Mexican cheese
  7. 1 can (10.75 oz)cream of mushroom soup
  8. 1/2 cupsour cream

Cooking Instructions

    Brown ground beef & onion; drain

  2. 2

    Stir burrito seasoning and refried beans together with ground beef

  3. 3

    Mix soup and sour cream together in a separate bowl.

    Spread 1/2 the sour cream/soup mixture in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.

    Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream/soup mixture

  6. 6

    Put half of the meat/bean mixture over torn tortillas.

  7. 7

    Add a layer of cheese.

  8. 8

    Repeat the layers

  9. 9

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with choice of toppings.
