Ingredients

  1. 1 canbiscuits
  2. 12 ozcan tuna
  3. 1 tbspmild olive oil
  4. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  5. 2 tsplemon pepper
  6. 1/2 tspdill weed
  7. 1/4 tspcelery seeds
  8. 1/2 cupSweet relish (optional)
  9. 1 cupMonterey or Colby Jack cheese (shredded)

Cooking Instructions

    Drain tuna, and place into medium bowl, breaking up until mostly shredded.

    Add oil, mix well.

    Add mayonnaise, mix until tuna is well coated.

    Add lemon pepper, dill weed, and celery seeds, mix well.

  5. 5

    Bake biscuits according to package directions.

    Once biscuits are cool enough to handle, split in half, and place on foil lined baking sheet.

    Spread tuna mixture evenly on biscuit halves. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in 400°F oven for 3-5 minutes.
