Ingredients

12 servings
  • 4 largethick pork chops
  • 1 cancream of celery soup
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 canwater (soup can)
  • 2 cupminute rice, uncooked
  • 1 packagesdried onion soup mix
  • 2 tbspbutter

    Preheat oven to 350° F

  2. 2

    Combine cream soups, water, and rice in large mixing bowl. Stir to combine

  3. 3

    Place rice mixture in a 9x13 BUTTERED pan.

  4. 4

    Place pork chops on top of mixture. Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over pork chops.

  5. 5

    Cover with tin foil and cook until done, about 60-90 minutes.

    You can cook this low and slow at 250/275°F for about 3 hrs if you wish.
